Support Staff
We have a professional and courteous support staff that helps to ensure all requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Jonee Ketchum
Jonee has been Karl’s executive assistant since 2002, supporting Karl as he helps clients navigate toward their financial goals. She enjoys fostering close relationships with all of Karl’s clients, many of whom have relied on Jonee’s expertise and personal connection through the years.
Jonee celebrated her 20th year with EFG in January of 2022. She and her husband moved across country to Placitas, New Mexico in July 2022, where she continues to work remotely for EFG.
Both US Navy Veterans, Jonee & her husband, Daniel, enjoy being home-chefs, chillin’ with their Boxer named Boscoe, watching NASCAR, traveling, and spending time watching the amazing sunsets in New Mexico.
Cheryl Rusu
Cheryl joined the Elsass Financial Group as Kevin’s administrative assistant in September of 2004. She currently works four days a week in the Canfield office. Her organizational, administrative, and people skills allow her to work along with Kevin in helping his clients maintain and plan for their financial future.
Outside of the office, Cheryl values the time she spends with her family. She enjoys camping, boating, and just hanging out with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Carol Johnson
Carol joined the Wadsworth office of EFG in April of 2022 as an Administrative Assistant for Karl and Beth. Her previous experience as a Front Desk Manager, along with her excellent customer service skills, and her warm and friendly personality, will ensure you will be in good hands.
When not in the office, Carol enjoys spending time with her son, hiking and being outdoors. Carol enjoys being part of the Wadsworth community and is an active member of the Wadsworth United Methodist church where she loves to sing in the choir.
Marli Elsass
Marli, along with her late husband, Bill, co-founded Elsass Financial Group in 1982. Marli is located in our Wadsworth office and is responsible for appointment scheduling and client service. Along with her other duties, Marli is the historian who helps us with the local, family and business history, both of EFG and of the area. She also serves as the face and voice of hospitality at EFG.
At Grace Lutheran Church, Marli has been involved with singing in the choir, helping with meals for church members in need, and is past president of the church council. She also enjoys sewing and all kinds of needlework.
